Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
Mr. Tom conducts individual sessions with both the parent and child individually, followed by a joint session.
I provide comprehensive diagnostic psychiatric evaluations that includes a 90 minute thorough assessment of current and past symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, medication history, and family history. Together, we collaboratively discuss treatment goals and formulate a personalized treatment plan. Depending on the complexity of the case, additional meetings may be required to finalize the treatment plan. Mr. Tom may also collaborate with external healthcare providers, such as pediatricians, schools, and other mental health professionals, to ensure the best possible treatment approach and ongoing progress monitoring.
Medication Management
After completion of diagnostic assessment and thoughtful discussion of treatment options, medication can be prescribed with regular follow-up to monitor long-term success and side-effects, and to make any adjustments. Medication is not always indicated however, in many cases, medication can be effective in helping achieve treatment goals.

Mr. Tom does not accept insurance at this time, please contact to discuss fee schedule and other financial considerations. Payment is expected at the time of visit.
